under the Connect tab on there page all the information is there, its very simple

• Install the NCSoft Launcher, within the Launcher click on Aion under "Not Installed" and continue to install the client.
  
• Once the client is installed, download there game Launcher and stick it into your Aion directory, just right into the folder.
  
• Next, run the InfiniteAion icon in your folder, if it continues to not work, which it should, goto Step 3 on there page there and it should explain and fix, goodluck.
